The new school facility in Kraimorie is in the final stage of preparation and is expected to welcome students from 15 September 2026. The branch of Alexander Georgiev-Kodzhakafaliyata Primary School will operate with eight classes for children from first to seventh grade, with the aim of reducing their daily commute to central Burgas. The Municipal Council has decided that the Municipality will provide meals for the children in the school canteen through the municipal enterprise Tourism.
Final Preparations for the School Building
The final finishing works are currently being carried out at the building on Hristo Arnaudov Street. The new school facility is expected to open on 15 September 2026, when the first school bell is set to ring.
Capacity and age groups: The building has a designated capacity of eight classes, accommodating children from preschool age through Grade 7 during the 2026/2027 school year. The facility includes a swimming pool, gymnasium, canteen and an accessible environment for students with reduced mobility.
The Municipality of Burgas and the school should confirm the final number of enrolled students, their distribution by grade and whether the facility will be ready to open on 15 September. The new educational facility will be housed in a municipal building in an excellent location at 18 Hristo Arnaudov Street (UPI V-1369, Block 12).
